Sometimes it’s the simple act of clearing out that paves the way for Inspiration (and lots of other good stuff) to come in…so on that note, here’s to paving the way:

 

Get Your Body Ready For Holiday Feasting –
Try Ilene’s Cleanup in a Cup

Ingredients

  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 1 tsp. (approximately) fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
  • Half a lemon
  • Raw honey or agave to taste

Instructions

  1. Place water and ginger in medium pot. Bring to boil.
  2. Lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and pour into large mug (strain out ginger if reusing for next cup)
  4. Squeeze in lemon and add honey or agave to taste.

Drink hot or cold as many times of day as you like. Ginger can be reused once or twice more. Note: Final color is lighter than pictured.

Yum AND it feels good after too!
