Planning to conceive? Recovering from the delivery? Having a baby is a marathon event and pregnancy places special needs on your body.Programs are designed to meet these considerations every step of the way in accordance with your doctor’s wishes and ACOG guidelines. Special emphasis is placed on strengthening the pelvic floor, core musculature, lifting and carrying strategies, focal point work, labor endurance, postural control, and tension release.
