One-on-one

These sessions are for the individual seeking a personal fitness coach.  The workouts provide undivided attention and the most customized training possible.

Group Classes

Private classes with friends and co-workers provide a unique alternative to one-on-one training, combining camaraderie with customized exercise.

Body conditioning, resistance training, postural-core stabilization, dance, stretch, a combination of the above, or a more specialized class can be designed if the needs of the participants are compatible.

 

 

 

 

Scheduling

All sessions are held at your home, office, or for an additional fee, at an independent fitness facility. Initial consultation and assessment may last up to 2 hours. General sessions are usually an hour. Other session lengths are possible. Entire appointments can be devoted to stretching, if desired. Please inquire for rates and appointment policy.
